A Full Corporate Offer (FCO) is a binding offer only to be issued by the seller or an authorized representative of the seller specifying the offer in full details.
Therefore, a valid SCO or FCO must as minimum include:
- Issuing date
- Validity in time
- Specification of the product
- Minimum Order Quantity
- Shipping terms
- Payment terms
- Also any other mandatory terms
An FCO must furthermore include:
- The seller identified by name, full address, company registration number, and contact information
- The buyer identified by name, full address, company registration number, and contact information
