Pork Belly – Skin on Bone-In

Pork Belly is a cut of fatty meat from the pig. In other words, it is uncured, un-smoked and un-sliced bacon. If you get it whole, it is one big, long cut of meat, weighing up to 12 pounds. We offer pork cuts with skin on and bone it.

Pork belly is immensely popular in Chinese, Korean and Philippine cuisine. In Filipino cuisine, it is marinated in a mixture of crushed garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper before being grilled. It is then served with soy sauce and vinegar or vinegar with garlic. Being seasoned, deep-fried, and served by being chopped into pieces is called Lechon.
